Accessibility

Last Updated: June 24, 2026  ·  Standard: WCAG 2.1 Level AA

AgozTech, LLC is committed to ensuring that our website, agoztech.com, is accessible to everyone — including people with disabilities. We believe that all customers deserve equal access to our products, services, and information, and we continuously work to improve the usability and accessibility of our online experience.

1 Our Commitment

AgozTech is dedicated to providing a digital experience that is inclusive and accessible to all users, regardless of ability or technology. We recognize that accessibility is not a one-time effort but an ongoing commitment that requires regular attention, testing, and improvement.

Our accessibility efforts are guided by the following principles:

  • Perceivable: Information and UI components are presented in ways that can be perceived by all users.
  • Operable: Interface components and navigation are functional for all users, including those using only a keyboard or assistive devices.
  • Understandable: Content and operation of the interface are clear and easy to comprehend.
  • Robust: Content can be reliably interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.

2 Accessibility Standards

We aim to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines are the internationally recognized benchmark for web accessibility.

WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Target)
ADA Title III Compliant (Effort)
Section 508 Aware

We also work toward compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III, which requires places of public accommodation — including e-commerce websites — to be accessible to people with disabilities.

3 Accessibility Features

Our website includes a number of features designed to improve accessibility for all users:

🎨

Color & Contrast

Text and interactive elements maintain a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio against backgrounds, exceeding WCAG AA requirements.

🔤

Scalable Text

All text can be resized up to 200% using browser zoom without loss of content or functionality.

🖼️

Image Alt Text

All meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images are marked appropriately so screen readers can skip them.

🏷️

Form Labels

All form fields include clearly associated labels and descriptive error messages to assist users of assistive technologies.

📐

Semantic HTML

We use proper heading hierarchy (H1–H6), landmark regions, and semantic elements to improve screen reader navigation.

⌨️

Keyboard Access

All interactive elements — menus, buttons, links, and forms — are fully operable via keyboard without requiring a mouse.

🔗

Skip Navigation

A “Skip to main content” link is available at the top of each page, allowing keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation.

📱

Responsive Design

Our site adapts to all screen sizes and orientations, ensuring a consistent experience on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

4 Keyboard Navigation

Our website is fully navigable using only a keyboard. The following shortcuts are supported across all major browsers:

Action Key(s)
Move to next interactive element Tab
Move to previous interactive element Shift + Tab
Activate a button or link Enter or Space
Navigate dropdown menus Arrow Keys
Close modal or dialog Esc
Skip to main content Tab (first press on page load)

Focus indicators are clearly visible on all interactive elements. If you find any element that cannot be reached or activated by keyboard, please let us know.

5 Assistive Technology Compatibility

We test our website with the following assistive technologies and aim to support them fully:

Screen Readers

  • NVDA (Windows) with Google Chrome
  • JAWS (Windows) with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
  • VoiceOver (macOS & iOS) with Safari
  • TalkBack (Android) with Chrome

Other Assistive Technologies

  • Voice control software (e.g., Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Voice Control on macOS/iOS)
  • Screen magnification software (e.g., ZoomText, built-in OS magnifiers)
  • Switch access devices
  • High-contrast browser modes

If you experience compatibility issues with a specific assistive technology, please contact us so we can investigate and improve.

6 Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, we are aware of the following areas that are currently being addressed:

  • Legacy product images: Some older product images may be missing or have incomplete alt text. We are systematically reviewing and updating these.
  • Third-party widgets: Certain third-party tools integrated into our site (such as review widgets and chat tools) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with our vendors to improve these components. See Section 7.
  • PDF documents: Some downloadable PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these or provide accessible alternatives.
  • Complex data tables: Some product specification tables may not have full row/column header associations. This is actively being improved.

We publish this list in the spirit of transparency. If you encounter an accessibility issue not listed here, please report it and we will prioritize its resolution.

7 Third-Party Content

Our website may include content, plugins, or widgets provided by third-party vendors, including but not limited to:

  • Customer review platforms
  • Live chat and support tools
  • Payment processing interfaces
  • Social media embeds and share buttons
  • Advertising and analytics scripts

While we make every effort to select vendors who prioritize accessibility, we cannot guarantee that all third-party content meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We actively communicate with our vendors to encourage and require improved accessibility compliance, and we seek alternatives where third-party tools create significant barriers.

If a third-party component prevents you from completing a task on our website (such as making a purchase), please contact us directly and we will assist you through an alternative method.

8 Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility at AgozTech is an ongoing process. Our current and planned efforts include:

What We Do Regularly

  • Conduct periodic accessibility audits using automated tools (e.g., axe, Lighthouse) and manual testing.
  • Test new features and design changes for accessibility before and after launch.
  • Train our development and content teams on accessible design and coding practices.
  • Review and update alt text, labels, and ARIA attributes as content is added or changed.

Planned Improvements

  • Full audit and remediation of all product image alt text.
  • Improved accessibility of our product filtering and search interfaces.
  • Remediation of downloadable PDF product guides.
  • Enhanced focus management in modal dialogs and cart interactions.
  • Evaluation and possible replacement of non-accessible third-party widgets.

9 Feedback & Contact

We welcome feedback from all users about the accessibility of our website. If you encounter any barriers, experience difficulties, or have suggestions for improvement, please reach out to us. Your feedback directly informs our accessibility roadmap.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • A description of the barrier or difficulty you encountered.
  • The URL or page where you experienced the issue.
  • The browser, operating system, and any assistive technology you were using.

We aim to respond to all accessibility feedback within 2 business days and to provide a resolution or workaround within 10 business days.
