1 Regulatory Overview

AgozTech sources and sells a wide range of electronic accessories and industrial-grade protective cases, holders, chargers, and communication devices. Our products are subject to multiple overlapping regulatory frameworks depending on product category, component materials, and the jurisdiction in which they are sold.

Our compliance program covers:

• Hazardous substance restrictions (RoHS, Prop 65)
• Electrical safety certifications (UL, ETL)

2 RoHS Compliance

AgozTech products are compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment Directive 2015/863/EU (RoHS 3), which restricts the use of specific hazardous materials in electrical and electronic equipment.

Restricted Substances

Our products are manufactured and verified to contain no more than the maximum permitted concentration levels of the following substances:

• Lead (Pb) — max 0.1% by weight
• Mercury (Hg) — max 0.1% by weight
• Cadmium (Cd) — max 0.01% by weight
• Hexavalent Chromium (Cr VI) — max 0.1% by weight
• Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB) — max 0.1% by weight
• Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE) — max 0.1% by weight
• Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) — max 0.1% by weight
• Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) — max 0.1% by weight
• Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) — max 0.1% by weight
• Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) — max 0.1% by weight

3 California Proposition 65

California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (commonly known as Proposition 65 or Prop 65) requires businesses to provide warnings before knowingly exposing any individual to chemicals on the State's list of substances known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

AgozTech complies with Prop 65 warning requirements by:

• Displaying required warnings on applicable product listings and packaging.
• Maintaining a chemical substance database for all products sold into California.
• Working with our supply chain to minimize or eliminate listed substances where technically and economically feasible.
• Monitoring the California OEHHA chemical list for updates and adjusting product warnings accordingly.

4 UL Certification

Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is a globally recognized independent safety certification organization. AgozTech's eligible electrical products — including charging cables, power adapters, and battery accessories — are UL Listed or UL Recognized, confirming they meet UL's rigorous safety standards.

What UL Certification Means

• Products have been tested and evaluated against established safety standards.
• Manufacturing facilities are subject to ongoing periodic audits by UL.
• Products bear the UL Mark, a symbol of safety trusted by consumers and regulators.

• UL 1310 — Standard for Class 2 Power Units
• UL 2056 — Standard for Power Banks
• UL 62368-1 — Audio/Video, Information, and Communication Technology Equipment
• UL 1642 — Standard for Lithium Batteries

6 Product Safety Standards

AgozTech is committed to the safety of all products we sell. Our compliance with product safety regulations is overseen by our quality assurance team and our network of accredited third-party testing laboratories.

Battery Safety

Battery-containing products comply with applicable UN 38.3 transportation testing requirements, DOT hazmat regulations for shipping lithium batteries, and relevant UL standards for lithium battery safety. All lithium-ion battery products are tested for:

• Altitude simulation, thermal testing, and vibration.
• Shock, external short circuit, and impact testing.
• Overcharge and forced discharge protection.

Product Recalls

In the event that any AgozTech product is subject to a safety recall, we will notify affected customers directly via email and post a notice on our website.

8 Environmental Compliance

Packaging Compliance

AgozTech is working toward compliance with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive and applicable U.S. state packaging regulations, including requirements for recyclable materials, reduced packaging weight, and clear recycling labeling.

Sustainability Commitments

• We prioritize suppliers who demonstrate sustainable manufacturing practices.
• We are actively reducing single-use plastics in our product packaging.
• We support proper e-waste recycling and encourage customers to dispose of electronic products responsibly through certified recycling programs.

9 Import Regulations

All products imported and sold by AgozTech comply with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements and applicable import regulations.

Country of Origin

All AgozTech products are labeled with the correct country of origin in compliance with CBP marking requirements (19 U.S.C. § 1304). Country of origin documentation is available for B2B customers upon request.

Trade Agreements & Tariffs

AgozTech monitors applicable trade agreements and tariff schedules, including Section 301 tariffs on goods of Chinese origin, to ensure correct tariff classification and duty payment. We work with licensed customs brokers to ensure all import entries are filed accurately and in compliance with CBP regulations.

Forced Labor Compliance

AgozTech is committed to ensuring that no products in our supply chain are produced using forced labor. We comply with the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) and conduct due diligence on our supply chain to identify and address any forced labor risks. We require our suppliers to certify compliance with applicable forced labor laws.

10 Product Compatibility & Device Non-Liability

AgozTech LLC products are designed for use with compatible devices when properly selected, fitted, and used as intended. AgozTech is not responsible for damage to customer devices or equipment caused by improper product selection, misuse, incorrect fit, drops, impacts, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product’s intended purpose. Our 30-day return policy applies only to the AGOZ product purchased.
